It’s that inspiring time of the year once again! As we conclude 2025, Dialog+ Philippines proudly honors the exceptional educators who make a difference every day. December is more than just a month, it is our annual celebration of teaching excellence, a moment to reflect on the dedication, creativity, and countless hours our teachers pour into every lesson. Their work shapes not only the minds but the futures of our students, leaving a lasting impact on our community.

This year, we are excited to spotlight the nominees whose passion, innovation, and heart have truly set them apart. These educators go beyond the classroom—guiding, inspiring, and empowering learners to reach new heights. Join us as we honor their extraordinary contributions and proudly present the awardees of the Dialog+ Philippines Teacher Awards 2025.

Best Free Trial Teacher

We begin this year’s celebration with the Best Free Trial Teacher award, given to the educator with the highest number of free trial lessons taught this year, an especially meaningful recognition, as these teachers shape the very first impression students have of Dialog+. They represent our school in that crucial initial class, setting the tone for the warmth, professionalism, and support we offer. This year, Teacher Shea earns the top distinction for consistently inspiring trial learners from the very first minute, followed by Teacher Cora in 2nd place for her calm and reassuring presence, and Teacher Jez in 3rd place for her inviting, engaging approach that encourages new students to continue their learning journey with us.

Best English Group Lesson Teacher – Metaverse Campus

This year, our school launched a new initiative to offer learners greater connection and variety through English Group Lessons, exploring the immersive possibilities of our Metaverse Campus. The Best English Group Lesson Teacher – Metaverse Campus award celebrates the educators who transformed this digital space into an exciting, interactive learning environment. Leading the category is Teacher Juno, whose creativity and strong command of virtual tools make every session come alive. Following her is Teacher White in 2nd place for her dynamic facilitation of group activities, and Teacher Sky in 3rd place for consistently bringing energy and meaningful interaction to every Metaverse class.

Cram Schools’ Powerhouse

The Cram Schools’ Powerhouse award is given to the teacher with the highest total number of cram school lessons taught this year—recognizing educators who consistently show up to support students in their studies, provide guidance, and help them strengthen their understanding of the material. This year, Teacher Misha claims the top spot for her steady presence and unwavering commitment to learners throughout their review journey. Close behind is Teacher Sydney, who earns 2nd place for her dependable performance and student-centered approach, followed by Teacher Mags in 3rd place, whose consistent support continues to make a meaningful difference in every cram school lesson she leads.

Stellar Achiever (Non-Japanese Speaker)

The Stellar Achiever award is given to the teacher with the highest total number of lessons taught by a non–Japanese-speaking educator, recognizing those who consistently deliver exceptional classes with clarity, heart, and dedication. This year’s Stellar Achiever title goes to Teacher Sydney, whose perseverance and impactful teaching have made a remarkable difference to her students. Following her is Teacher Mags in 2nd place for her strong guidance and dependable instruction, and Teacher Mocha in 3rd place, known for her thoughtful, engaging approach that continues to uplift learners in every lesson she teaches.

Surpassing Everest (Japanese Speaker)

Recognizing mastery and high-level fluency, the Surpassing Everest award honors Japanese-speaking teachers who reached extraordinary heights this year. At the summit is Teacher Sky, celebrated for his remarkable contributions and ability to inspire learners toward advanced language achievement. In 2nd place is Teacher Misha, whose strong presence continues to motivate her students, followed by Teacher Cora, who completes the top three with her consistent and heartfelt work in the Japanese-speaking field.

Before we reveal one of our most respected recognitions, we take a moment to honor the teachers whose consistency, reliability, and commitment truly set them apart. This next award highlights educators who not only teach the most lessons, but also uphold the highest standards of attendance and responsibility, showing exceptional professionalism throughout the entire year.

Above and Beyond Teacher of the Year

The Above and Beyond Teacher of the Year award is presented to the educator with the highest number of lessons taught, the highest attendance rate, and absolutely no missed compliance, a true benchmark of excellence at Dialog+ Philippines. This year, Teacher Cora rises to the top with outstanding consistency and dedication, embodying what it means to exceed expectations day after day. In 2nd place is Teacher Uday, recognized for his dependable performance and unwavering commitment to students, followed by Teacher Bea in 3rd place, whose strong work ethic and positive presence continue to uplift her learners and colleagues alike.

As we conclude our recognition of this year’s outstanding English teachers, we appreciate how far our school has come and how much our educators have shaped that journey.

Now entering only our second year, JPLT Online School continues to surpass expectations and move closer to our mission of making Japanese learning accessible to anyone, anywhere. With this vision guiding us, we now turn our attention to the heart of our language education—the dedicated Japanese-language teachers whose expertise, commitment, and passion make our students’ progress possible. Their contributions mark another milestone in our growing story.

Brightest Aspiring Newcomer

Let’s continue our celebration by recognizing new educators who have already made a remarkable impact. The Brightest Aspiring Newcomer award goes to Teacher Darie, whose strong early performance and visible growth signal a brilliant future ahead. Close behind is Teacher Gray, earning 2nd place for his potential and steady development, followed by Teacher Aries, who takes 3rd place for showing dedication and promise in his first year with us.

One Call Away Award

This award celebrates the teachers who are always ready to step in, those who support students and the team whenever they are needed. Leading this category is Teacher Aries, honored for his dependable presence and willingness to assist at any moment. Teacher Rose comes in 2nd place for consistently being a reliable teammate, while Teacher Rhea takes 3rd place for her readiness to help and steady support across various classes.


Innovation Award

The Innovation Award recognizes educators who embrace creativity, leadership, and new ideas to elevate the JPLT learning experience. This year’s distinction goes to Teacher Mei, whose innovative contributions have significantly shaped high-quality lesson development across Dialog+ Philippines. She is followed by Teacher Gray, earning 2nd place for his forward-thinking approach, and Teacher Rhea in 3rd, recognized for her valuable input in strengthening course design and instruction.

JPLT Top Teacher of the Year (Native)

The JPLT Top Teacher of the Year (Native) award recognizes the native Japanese educators who have been instrumental in elevating the quality of our Japanese lessons, contributing greatly to the improvement and refinement of our native-led courses. This year’s title goes to Teacher Rie, whose flawless lesson delivery and unwavering commitment to excellence have made a significant impact on both students and the overall development of our native curriculum. In 2nd place, Teacher Mimi is honored for her reliable, clear instruction and her steady contributions to course enhancement, while Teacher Hirono earns 3rd place for her continued dedication to supporting JPLT learners with expert guidance and helping strengthen the native program we proudly offer.

JPLT Top Teacher of the Year (Non-Native)

We conclude with the most prestigious honor in Japanese-language instruction. The JPLT Top Teacher of the Year (Non-Native) award is presented to Teacher Rhea, whose mastery of the language, dependable performance, and inspiring commitment have set a new standard for excellence. In 2nd place is Teacher Mei, recognized for her strong expertise and influential teaching, followed by Teacher Darie, who earns 3rd place for demonstrating exceptional promise and skill as a rising JPLT educator.
